We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time. However, EELO can accommodate events with as little as one day’s notice when a cart and professional attendant are available.

No. EELO does not require a minimum guest count. Our service is priced in quantities of 30 individual 4 oz scoops, so you can choose the amount that best fits your event.

No. Our carts and freezers are self-powered for a full service window, and we bring everything we need to serve and clean up.

Yes. Vegan sorbet options are available and can be added to any EELO service. Please let us know about dietary needs or food allergies when booking so we can review the available options with you. Cross-contact may still be possible.

We serve rain or shine and can move under cover or indoors. If your event is postponed, we'll transfer your deposit to a new date within twelve months.

Two to two and a half hours depending on package and headcount. Additional hours can be added, for longer services we may require additional drop off of ice cream for temperature reasons

Yes. For events of 250 guests or more we travel anywhere in the continental United States, quoted as a flat travel line item.

We do not require a deposit or payment upfront. We just ask for a card on file to reserve your cart!
